I’m Kathryn, founder of The Flourish Code.
I’ve spent years starting, building and running businesses across very different industries. I’ve built brands from scratch, hired teams, worked with major retailers, navigated manufacturing, pricing and cash flow, made expensive mistakes, changed direction, launched ideas that worked — and some that didn’t — and ultimately built and sold a national food brand.
What I’ve learned is that building a business rarely happens in a perfectly straight line. You make the best decision you can, learn quickly and keep moving.
